Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Current Washington state PT license or eligibility
  • CPR certification
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Manual therapy certifications (e.g., MPT, COMT)
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Specialized training in sports rehabilitation or geriatrics
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
