I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin before completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Over the past three years, I have had the opportunity to work with patients ranging from 12 to 100 years old and with a wide variety of orthopedic, mobility, and functional needs. I enjoy helping people better understand their bodies, overcome limitations, and make meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to them.
My approach to physical therapy begins with listening. I take the time to understand each patient's concerns, lifestyle, and personal goals before developing an individualized treatment plan. Whether someone wants to return to a favorite sport, move more comfortably, regain independence, or simply feel more confident in everyday life, I strive to make treatment practical, supportive, and centered around what is most important to them.
One of the most rewarding parts of being a physical therapist is helping patients recognize what they are capable of achieving. My goal is to create an encouraging environment where patients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their recovery. By improving strength, mobility, and movement, I help patients return to the activities they love and get back to living life on their terms.
Outside the clinic, you can usually find me staying active by playing tennis, disc golfing, or hiking in the mountains.
