Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient evaluations
• Implement treatment plans under PT supervision
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and report to PT
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Document patient treatments and progress
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited PTA program
• Current Washington state PTA license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of outpatient experience
• Experience with electronic documentation
• Specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities
