Building the Next Generation of Clinicians

At Experience Physical Therapy, we view clinical education as an extension of our team and our culture. We are intentional about providing students with structured, hands-on experience that reflects real-world outpatient care while maintaining a high standard of patient interaction, communication, and attention to detail.

Students placed at our clinic are integrated into daily operations and actively participate in both patient care and the overall clinic environment. This includes learning how to anticipate patient needs, communicate effectively, and contribute to a consistent and meaningful patient experience.

What You Can Expect at Experience Physical Therapy

Students completing clinical rotations with us gain experience in:

• Outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
• One-on-one patient care and clinical decision making
• Exercise progression and movement-based treatment
• Patient communication, education, and follow-through
• Clinic operations and real-world workflow
• Exposure to lymphedema and oncology-based rehabilitation, including specialized care for patients with more complex clinical needs

In addition to traditional outpatient care, students are exposed to our hybrid model that integrates rehabilitation with wellness and recovery services. This includes collaboration with Experience Total Health (ETH) and the use of rehabilitation accelerators such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Programming, fascial stretch-based recovery, and other performance and recovery-focused services designed to support healing, reduce downtime, and improve overall outcomes.

Our environment emphasizes not only clinical skill development, but also how to contribute to a consistent and high-quality patient experience through attention to detail, clear communication, and follow-through.

Students are guided through progressive responsibility while working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative setting. As students grow, they are expected to become more independent in both clinical reasoning and patient interaction while maintaining the standards of care and professionalism expected within the clinic.
